The Challenge:

  • Consulted with various departments within the organisation, running sessions to identify their specific issues

  • Developed insurer approved programs to reduce the risk of psychological injury

  • Co-created action plans to implement these programs

The Result:

Supported employees to develop a deeper understanding of psychosocial hazards, created awareness of the importance of reducing the risk of psychosocial injury occurring and facilitated sharing of best practice OHS standards across departments.
