The Challenge:

Working with a commercial property owner, the Risk Collective were engaged to create a risk induction program for new tenants.

The Solution:

After assessing the responsibilities for both the owner and tenants, the Risk Collective team developed a comprehensive risk program including:

• Identifying and analysing key risks for the commercial property site

• Setting up a risk register

• Developing risk protocols for the entire site

• Creating an induction program referring back to the protocols that had been developed by the Risk Collective team in collaboration with the property owner
