Safety culture consulting for an education provider

The Challenge:

Working with the HR team at an education institute in Victoria, the Risk Collective were engaged to enhance the leadership team’s awareness, understanding and commitment to a thriving safety culture within the organisation.

The Solution:

As a combined HR and safety project, the Risk Collective:

  • Facilitated a bespoke leadership program to develop the safety culture, organisational culture, vision and implementation plan for the organisation.

  • Worked with smaller teams within the leadership cohort to identify specific challenges facing their teams and create action plans to address those challenges.

The Result:

The leadership team walked away from the project with an appreciation for their role in leading the culture within the organisation. Leaders developed a sense of ownership to the health and safety culture they envisioned and a responsibility to enact their action plans with the HR and safety teams.
