Safety culture consulting for an education provider
The Challenge:
Working with the HR team at an education institute in Victoria, the Risk Collective were engaged to enhance the leadership team’s awareness, understanding and commitment to a thriving safety culture within the organisation.
The Solution:
As a combined HR and safety project, the Risk Collective:
Facilitated a bespoke leadership program to develop the safety culture, organisational culture, vision and implementation plan for the organisation.
Worked with smaller teams within the leadership cohort to identify specific challenges facing their teams and create action plans to address those challenges.
The Result:
The leadership team walked away from the project with an appreciation for their role in leading the culture within the organisation. Leaders developed a sense of ownership to the health and safety culture they envisioned and a responsibility to enact their action plans with the HR and safety teams.
